DMCA Takedown Policy

1. Overview
artist.dev respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our platform.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on artist.dev infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include the following:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL or specific location on artist.dev of the material you claim is infringing.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Nashville, Tennessee if outside the United States) and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
artist.dev will terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to remove any content and restrict access to our platform at our sole discretion.
