3. Song Submissions

• Artists may submit songs for a fee of $10 per submission.
• By submitting a song, you represent that you own or have the rights to distribute the content.
• Submissions are non-refundable once your song goes live on the platform.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Manipulate voting through bots, fake accounts, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
• Submit content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on others' rights.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your submitted content. By submitting to artist.dev, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and promote your submission on our platform.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

artist.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
