• Account Data: Email address used to sign in via magic link. We use Supabase for authentication.
• Referral Data: How you found our platform and who referred you, used to understand our growth channels.
• Payment Information: Payment details for workspace subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment information.
• Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage data including IP addresses for vote verification, rate limiting, abuse prevention, and service analytics (including profile visit tracking).
• Voter Identifiers: We assign a unique voter ID stored in a cookie to track voting activity and enable share attribution.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Operate the daily showcase and voting system.
• Manage your artist profile and workspace.
• Process workspace subscription payments.

• Cloudflare Turnstile: Bot protection that may set cookies to verify you are human.
• Plausible Analytics: Privacy-focused analytics that do not use cookies and do not track personal data.
• Local Storage: We store which artists you've voted for and your cookie consent preference in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device.
• Session Storage: Referral attribution data is stored for the duration of your browser session to track how you arrived at our platform.
• Admin Cookie: An HttpOnly authentication cookie with a 24-hour lifetime, used only for administrator access.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

• Artist profiles: Retained as long as your account is active.
