  • Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage data including IP addresses for vote verification, rate limiting, abuse prevention, and service analytics (including dashboard visit tracking).
  • Voter Identifiers: We assign a unique voter ID stored in a cookie to track voting activity and enable features like share attribution.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process your song submissions and payments.
  • Display your song on our platform.
  • Send you updates about your submission (launch notifications, stats).

  • Plausible Analytics: Privacy-focused analytics that do not use cookies and do not track personal data.
  • Local Storage: We store which songs you've voted for and your cookie consent preference in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device.
  • Session Storage: Referral attribution data is stored for the duration of your browser session to track how you arrived at our platform.
  • Admin Cookie: An HttpOnly authentication cookie with a 24-hour lifetime, used only for administrator access.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

  • Dashboard access: Your private dashboard link remains active indefinitely unless you request deletion.
